Our Story

A Personal Mission for our Founder

  • „My father was the ultimate high performer—driven, ambitious, and someone who gave everything to his work and family. He was someone I admired deeply.

  • He passed away at just 53 years old.

  • Cause of death: Myocardial Infarction (MI) / Heart Attack

  • Like so many ambitious professionals, he sacrificed his health in the pursuit of career and success—by sleeping less, eating processed food on-the-go, little to no exercise and elevated chronic stress.

  • Losing him was the hardest thing I’ve ever faced. Yet, it ignited a powerful realization within me:

  • The very qualities that drive success—determination, focus, relentless ambition—can also become our greatest vulnerability when health is neglected in the pursuit of it.“
